To engage our community and donors, we produce a monthly newsletter that features upcoming events, partner highlights, program recaps, volunteer opportunities, and more.
 

I lead the strategy, content creation, and design for each newsletter. From a strategic standpoint, I prioritize the most important upcoming events and pair them with timely highlights for the month. I ensure the content flows cohesively and reflects our organizational voice. Using Mailchimp, I write and design the newsletter, incorporating our branding and visual identity throughout.
 

Our monthly newsletters reach an audience of 4,000+ and consistently generate an average 66% open rate and 12.3% click-through rate.
