Passport to Summer 2020
As part of WFC's "Healthy Families" initiative, the Communications team created the Passport to Summer activity booklet. This booklet consisted of 30+ summer activities written by WFC Family Navigator Shawna and designed by me. I created a project plan to outline the tasks and goals for the project. And with the help of the development team, we were able to design and format the booklet pages using Canva.
To promote the booklet, I created a strategic promotion plan to guide us on scheduling posts and launching the booklet. I also designed additional marketing materials such as flyers and social media posts and stories. ​As a result, the booklet received positive views and we gained 25+ submissions as well as increased online engagement for the organization.
